Bayliner Engine Won't Crank: Troubleshooting & Diagnosis

Question
my 1994 bayliner won't crank. it has a new battery, new starter, but it won't do anything. when you turn the key the voltage reads, the blower and other gadgets come on but nothing when you turn the key, no sound, nothing, what's my problem?

Answer
Hi Craig...Thanks for selecting the undersigned to reply to your question.

I'm not a mechanic, however, it's surprising the starter didn't make some sort of a clicking sound. Have you attempted to manually turn the engine over? Perhaps the engine may have seized, for whatever reason (freezing, internal defect or deterioration). I recommend you consult a qualified and reliable marine mechanic to troubleshoot and economically resolve the problem.
