Troubleshooting Power Trim Issues - QuickSilver 3000

My power trim isn't working all the time.  mainly the trim up...... The trailer up button works all the time. However once in the water i can trim down but sometimes it want trim up.  any and all help......

Hi Dino...Thank you for selecting the undersigned to respond to your question.

In the event there's a lack of sufficient fluid in the hydraulic lines, the power trim will usually work when engaged in the 'down' position, because there's virtually no resistance. However, when engaged in the 'up' position, it is critical to ensure the lines are full of fluid, otherwise, an air lock could slow the procedure or prevent any movement whatsoever. In the final analysis, the hydraulic piston system may be bent and requires replacement.
