Question
hello, as i am novice bettor, how much amount shall i invest to bet on a horse?

Answer
Hi, Rohit!

As a novice bettor I would highly recommend that you bet small($2.00 bets) until at such a point that your skill level, confidence and overall understanding of the game of horse racing and handicapping increase.

Also, by betting in small amounts as you start out wagering you will be able to enjoy the game of horse racing and your turf-education without that much mental pressure.

As you understanding of the game and skill level rises you will then(should) be able to increase your own betting to a comfortable amount in which you financially or mentally feel comfortable with. Now, remember betting larger amounts is not for everyone and some people never move beyond the $2.00 betting level and there is nothing wrong with that. You need to see what type of betting you want to be and are able to become, and this will just take some time!

I hope this helps to answer your question!
