Question
Hi Jim,
Do u know if horse racing in Australia is different than in the United to States?
Also How do farmers raise horse racing?
Do farmers do anything different when raising race horses or farm horses??

Thanks so much again!! :)
Hannah

Answer
Hi Hannah:

Thanks for your question - the only thing that I know about horse races in Australia are that they run in the opposite direction than we do in the US - our races are left to right facing the track and their races are right to left.

As far as how the horses are raised, I do not feel that I am qualified to answer that question.  Although, I would think that in addition to feeding and grooming, they would have to be worked out (raced) on a regular basis.

Thanks again for your question.

Jim
