Dubai; no1 in raccehorse industry?

about Dubai that you said "right  now at this time in
history Dubai is no -1 in the racing world is "
i wonder you mean like the quality of horse? because from my research Dubai is not come up on the top 20 list of countries with highest number of differnt horse having run in the race, number of horse involve in breeding, or even betting turnover rate.
SO, i'm not sure what should be the good sourse or reason to address and confirm that Dubai is the leading in the race horse industry.

hi well right now the country is spending so much money to attract everyone to come over there and start business and vacation there. they are building communities for older rich people to retire in.alos lot of international co. are moving there to open up shop, so i do believe that in the future racing will be top notch there . thanks ED HESS
