Question
I would like to know the information on my retired race horse named Prince Sadd. His father is named King Sadd but i dont know the mothers name. anyway I just wanted to knoe his family history, and his racing records. By the way I really dont know how to do this sort of thing. Thank you

Answer
Hi Mary,
I am not familiar with the system for researching pedigrees in North America however a good place to start would be at www.jockeysite.com You will find a list of websites providing information on every aspect of the racing industry . There will certainly be a lead the Thoroughbred Association which will be the official recorder of pedigree in the USA. Ask them for the details you want and they will be able to provide it. In NZ we use www.arion.co.nz
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Don Boddie
