Question
How may I verify if the papers that were given to me actually belong to my horse, since my horse has no branded number?

Answer
Sol,
There are detailed markings listed on the horse's registration papers.   Just match these to your horse, and that should verify that the horse you have is the horse listed on the papers. If you are uncertain about the match, you can call the Jockey Club and ask them to help.  For a fee, you could probably send in a DNA sample to have matched to the one on file, or they could  recommend a nearby horse identifier who could make an exact match.
