hello sir, what qualities should a trainer observe in the jockey for hiring him/her to ride his stable horses to victory? can you please list out?

A jockey should have a good work ethic, calm, patient, be able to help a horse run without a whip, understand the mechanics of riding and equine physiology. He should be able to give feedback regarding the horses breathing patterns, running style and capabilities.
