Researching Racehorse Pantex (Stormy) - Pedigree & Racing History

Question
There is a horse that my trainer owns named Stormy. He apparently was a race horse but ended up breaking his shoulder they bought him and now he is a lesson horse. I found out that his race name was Pantex. His fathers name is Western Trick and mothers is Right Lane Please and tell me where i can find information about him when he was racing. Also, one more thing i know that he was born some time in 1998. If you cant tell me about him just email me back that you cant help please thanks

Hi Ingrid,
          I am not sure what organisation holds the register of thoroughbred horses in the USA. I am assuming you are an American altho you have not said so. I live in NZ so don't have an indepth knowledge of your administration.
Ask your trainer who holds the register and then ask them.
