we recently required a ottb who is bay,12 years old 17 hands,we can not read his lip tattoo, his race name d was after hours.how can i look his record or history up.we are located in va i know he has been here for two years. thanks

You can go to a website like Brisnet.com, become a member, and put his name in the "race record" database.  A search will be performed and it will give you some choices for horses with that same name; you will also get their pedigrees and their foaling dates.  You would then choose the one (if any) that seems to be the likeliest option based on the limited information at your disposal.
