sudden snip & knee pain while jogging

2016/7/22 10:05:52

Question
today I felt a pretty sharp pain suddenly towards the front and inside of my right knee when Iwas running. after cooling down its hurting more....difficult to walk...no swelling

Answer
Hi Binka
It is hard to tell specifically what it could be,but you have a number tendons ligaments that support the function of the tracking and alignment so i would take of for three to 7 days and ice the area often to reduce any inflammation and then let me know the progress and detail of recovery.

All the best

John
