Question
hello!a couple of months ago I started running on a
treadmill soon after that I begin running on a trail nearby.
I was doing the bleachers nearby after every 4 k on the
trail. I came down with a chintzy on my left leg and stopped
running for a month.As soon as I felt I had recovered I
begin running and right away my right knee begin hurting
followed by stiffness, I kept running but every time I run
its the same pain over and over.

First i don't no what a chintzy is,but many runners develop a slight case of chondromalaica with have many of the same situations that you have with symptoms that you have to explore.You can call me any time here in albuquere NM any time 505 271 5909.
