Question
Hi. I used to be a athlete in high school but have had 3 ankle surgeries since then. I am wanting to get back into running and later plan on running marathon. I need some help as to some running programs to get back into being active with running and how to keep motivated. I know it may sound silly but I really want to get started qucikly but I have no idea where to begin. Thank you so much
Leanna

Answer
Hi Leanna
The only program i would recommend is the one i offer which i do over the phone and email. There are many books, and runners world has info on that sort of thing. The biggest problem is none of them talk to you when you need immediate advice such as a on coming injury etc.If you would like to talk to me here in albuquerque new mexico from 6am mt on.Just go to my site and click onto the contact page.I can always give you some general advice to start up,but you seem to be asking for a more formal program. Is that correct?Look forward to hear from you.

All the best

John
