Question
I am looking for some advice to help me out. I'm 16 Male and a distance runner. I've always been really salty after most of my runs (way more then the rest of the team). During hard days I tend to just feel like crap and I think it has to do with how salty I get. I start getting fatigued and I cramp up to where I can barley breath. I've tried eating all sorts of foods before workouts but I want to know if there's anything I can do to help and get me to the way I feel on a easier day. I was thinking about ordering some electrolyte tablets (zym tablets) to drink before my workouts.

Answer
Hi Zac
There is no single answer to your situation, but your diet will play a big role in the situation and that is for sure. What i need from you is a complete bio of height weight miles a week you run and a break down of your daily meals for a week, breakfast lunch dinner etc.If you want to cover this over the phone you can call any time.Number is on my site.Get me this info and we will pick up from here. You don't need any supplements or meds.

All the best

John
