Answer
Hi Rabia
You are not eating a well balanced meal and your eating to much fruit. You need a good breakfast and cereal is a great starter with a piece of fruit. You need to add vegetables to your lunch with chicken and also dinner with some fruit. The most powerful thing which you didn't mention is you need to get involved in a good exercise program such as brisk walking and perhaps starting a jogging program and perhaps some weights. And Last you have to have a great great deal of patience Rabia. If you have other questions just get in touch.

All the best

John
