Lung Training

2016/7/22 10:08:22

Question
John, I've been thinking about supplementing my training with a PowerLung. I think resistance training for lungs is a good idea but I don't know if this (or other) products work. Have any experience or anecdotal evidence for with these trainers?

Answer
Hi Jeff
I really don't have any feed back for you,but i would guess if there was any real great benefits everybody and all serious  or just plain recreational athletes would be spreading the word.I have worked with many elite distance runners and recreational athletes for over 25 years and if something such as this power lung was getting any real attention i would of heard by now.

All the best

John
