Question
What is the normal speed for a 5'1" 105Lb. 40 year old female.

Answer
Adriana,

There is no normal speed. Each person has their own so called normal training pace determined by a wide variety of factors such as current training, VO2 max, ability to control lactic acid, weight, overall fitness, etc. Essentially it is the cardiopulmonary system which will determine the speed.
