Calf/shin problems

Question
Hi, i started running at the back end of last year, after around 4 weeks, of 3 runs per week at about 4 - 5 mile i developed pain down the inside of my left shin. When i walk, particulary up/down stairs etc every time i take the weight of my left leg, i get a strange pain as the pressure on my leg is released. I have been to see sport therapists etc, they all diagnose different things. But either way i have rested it since January, with no exercise, other than swimming. Then i started running again about 2 weeks back, started with a mile, then after my first two mile the pain has returned. Any ideas, as i have decent shoes and insoles and the problem is only on one leg.

Answer
I really have never experienced anything like this or know anyone who has. I would recommend a doctor but you have been already. The only thing I can think of is maybe it is a bone situation, maybe slight fracture, or low density. Try emailing my friend John, who is also an expert on here. He is a very good friend and was involved in the Albuquerque area.
