Question
so i see online you answered someone and said its best to wait atleast 4 hours to jog after eating.. what about eating after jogging?

Answer
Hi Amanda
After you work out the most important thing to maximize your recovery and set you up for the next day is,If you run in the evening or the day ahead if you run in the morning is just a very simple well balanced meal such as in the morning would be a nice bowl of oat meal with wheat germ,a few chopped walnuts and chopped almonds and blue berries. In the evening would be just a well balanced of a quality source of protein, carbs such as chicken, fish etc.with a lot of vegies potatoes, brown rice, xtra virgin olive oil.The bottom line is real clean burning foods will eliminate any diahrea and runs will exceed your wildest imaginnation performance wise.I hope this gives you a little start. There is no magic Amanda to this running business. You just have to focus on what is important to you and that your comnited to.

All the very best

John
