Question
I am a distance runner and lately when I am running my legs go numb on the last 200-300 of a race. What can I do differently to prevent this?

Answer
Hi Kara
A certain amount of that is normal as you go deeper into oxegen dept.I would include a couple of sessions of 75 to 80 meter very quick pick ups 2 to 3 times a week with about 20 sec rest.Work up to 15 reps.allways in conrol. If you have other questions just get in touch.

All the best

John
