Question
hello
i have a couple of questions for you
when i run in the treadmill, i feel a pain in the
liver/kidneys... i dont know exactly where the pain comes
from

and what is the proper way of breathing when
jogging?

thanks

Answer
J,

Do you always run on a treadmill? You should not have this kind of pain...you need to see a doctor. I knew someone with this type of pain and they needed immediate surgery for a swollen kidney.

As far as breathing, it should be natural. The body is very good at adapting to exercise and will develop it's own efficient way.
