low back pain

2016/7/22 10:12:48

Question
What could be the reason that my lower back hurts when jogging or walking long distances?  Thanks.

Answer
Hi Allie
More than likly you need to start a good light streching program and also some abdominal exercises and back extensions. That will probably take care of it.I really don't no anything about your stats or health situation, but a good program like i mentioned will work fine for 95 percent or better of most individuals.

To your success

John
