Ear Pain

Question
I'm 23 years old, and rather out of shape for my age.  I've been trying to get into better shape doing a schedule of push-ups, situps and jogging.  When I jog I try to alternate between jogging and walking to keep my heart rate up without over doing it.  The problem is, when my blood gets pumping I get a terrible aching in my ears.  It's even worse when the air is a little cool.  Is this at all normal?  Is there anything I can do to help? Thanks.

Answer
Hi Jack
I think you got me there.I have never heard of this in all my years. The one thing that could be is your blood preasure. You should moniter it for a while.Good would be 125/76.Your program looks fine as long as your consistent and be patient.

Best to you

John
