Question
John,
I walk evey day 25-30 minutes. Recently the front portion of my lower leg (Between knee and ankle) seem to be numb. The numbness comes and goes even when I am not walking.
Any Advice?
Thanks

Answer
Hi Reggie
You have a case of shin splints, which is a weakness of the muscles sournding the bone.Don't Stress, just ice it after all your walks, and as your muscles adapt it will all go away.Ad 500mg of vitamin C to your diet 3 times a day with your 3 meals which will enhance the healing process of the conective tissue, tendons, etc.

The very best

John
