Question
ive been running for years now but im not the fastest guy in the world, i have a bigger body type and not at all a runners body.  i just ran 8 miles in 64 minutes which would put me at 1:36 for my 20k run.  my question is if that is an average time or not for an amateur runner, i cant seem to find that info.  and if that would be too slow of a time to even bother running.  thanks for your help, i appreciate it
