Muscle strains

2016/7/22 10:13:33

Question
Hi there,I think I have a slight muscle strain at the top part of my quads. And I feel weird without running, how can I recover faster?

And I don't feel the pain when I run,but when I am walking down the stairs.

In the meantime, what exercise can I do?And my diet?

Thank you!

Answer
Angeline,
I can't really tell you what you should do, because I don't know exactly what is going on.  Rest is good, but eventually you will need to strengthen it.  I would suggest that you plan to see a physician that can help you determine what is going on and ask if you should do any physical therapy for it.  It may be a muscle strain, but from this end of the computer I can't tell anything.
Best of luck,
Ryan
