tingling/numb feet while running

Question
I run app. 3 miles per day on a treadmill anywhere from a grade of 1%-7% at different speeds. App. 10 minutes into my run my feet begin to tingle and feel numb like they are falling asleep. I just purchased new shoes thinking that would end the problem, but it has not. Could the tingling be from running all inclines, or could by shoes be too tight. I normally wear a 7.5, and I didn't know whether I should go up 1/2 size or just loosen my laces?

Answer
I haven't heard of inclines causing such a thing, but as a fix to this, I would say its the shoes & their lacing.  I know when I lace mine too tight, I get the numbing feeling, too.  You also might want to look in lacing them differently, as there are other ways to lace shoes that make it so they don't get too tight around certain bones/areas, which might hit certain nerve points with a tight shoe.
