Hi,
I just joined a gym 2 days ago.  I really want to get in shape for track season and help improve my soccer endurance.
I was just wondering the difference in results really between the treadmills and elliptical/cross trainer machines.  I relaly like using the ellipticals and for some reason cannont stand the treadmills, but i feel the treadmills are a better workout.  So im not sure. any help would be greatly appreciated

To get in great shape for track season and soccer you should really be outside with a good focused program.That being said,when you go to the gym i do recomend the elliptical for one very important reason.It is the machine where your going to put forth the greatest effort and get the maximum out of your gym workout.Go for it and enjoy Gracie.
