soreness after runing

Mr. John, After I run (and some times while runing) the front of my calves get so sore,and burn. Can you help me with what I should do so that this will stop?

Hi David
It is not your calfs.It is shin splints on the front of leg.Start icing after run for 20 minutes and as often as you can.This will reduce inflamation.Also start taking 500mg vit.c with your 3 meals a day.It is just a weakness of the muscle and will adapt over time.
