is it a good idea to wear ankle weights when you walk or run i noticed it builds your legs faster and stronger.but i have heard bad things about wearing ankle weights. also is there such a thing of a warm weather running tight?

Forget the weights.Do leg extensions and leg curls,and squats in a gym.There is a number of good tights on the market.Nike.ll beans in maine,new balance.hind,addias.just to name a few.Google could probaly help you out.
