Inside Knee Injury

Question
Hi John,
Just a question for you.  Recently we bought a treadmill and I was running 30 minutes a day.  One day I decided to do a program that uses an incline up and down for 30 minutes.  Once done with this program, my knee was fine, but later in the evening it really started to hurt and now it is almost impossible to bend that leg for any reason.  Needless to say I haven't run since then. The pain is to the left on the inside of my right knee about 1 to two inches over and it has bee hurting for one week. Please can you help with some advice...Thanks Mark.

All the best

John
