Hurt Solaris, sore Calf, numbness in toes

Question
Hello,
I am 21 yrs old, 5'9", 169 lbs. I am currently in the Army stationed in Korea until Dec. We usually run for PT about 3 times a week, ranging from 3-7 miles a day.
I have always had a soreness in my right calf when I run, even after stretching it the best I can, however just recently I noticed my toes in the same foot will start going Numb around mile 2 or 3. If I continue to run (Can't fall out of a run, heh)The numbness will spread to my whole foot. When we finish running I'm usually limping and the pain in the calf is unbearable.
Also, it gets extremely tight and sore around the tibia (I believe this is the bone, on the outside?)
I went to the PA today and he merely said that I need to Ice the Solaris.
If there is anything else I can do, please help. He was not very helpful in my quest for knowledge on the matter.
Thank you

Answer
Hi Larry
First thing that comes to mind is your running shoes are to tight since when your foot plants and gets progresivly worse, this tells me your pinching neves in your forefoot do to the lack of room for your foot to spread at foot plant. Also the shock goes straight up threw the leg, tibia do to the same thing i mentioned.I do recall this happen to me a number of years ago when i was just starting out.One other possibilty is the camber of the road, and the foot that is bothering is on the raised side. You can pin point all problems if you track back. These are my thoughts Larry.I think it very likly could be the shoes.I don't no the terrain you run on,dirt or tarmac.I would add 500mg vit c with your 3 meals a day. This is like gold for runners. If i can help you futher larry get in touch. Please let me know if this corrects the problem and we will keep after it till job gets done.OK?

Thanks for serving
The very best
