im 56 and just started walking about 2 miles a day. is it better to go before or after dinner? or doesnt it matter? thanx for taking questions

I recomend in the morming since it jump starts your metabolism and speeds up the elimination process from previos day and increase your energy thru out the day.
Your heart really doesn"t care but i have been doing this for 28 years and morning is key.I personaly go two times a day.ENJOY
