Weight Loss with Running & Strength Training: A Q&A

Question
Hello,

I've been running on my treadmill and lifting weights for about a
month and a bit in order to lose my goal of about fifty lbs. My
regimen is at least two miles (30-40min.) a day at different
speed intervals from 4-6 mph. Every other day, I three sets of
ten of bicep, tricep, and bench press actions with 25 lb
dumbells. A: when can I expect to lose the complete fifty? B: Is it
bad if I do the running 7 days a week? C: Any advice to improve
my weightloss outside of this regimen?
Thanks so much for your time,
Evan

Answer
HI EBRUNO

U MUST ALSO CUT THE FATS U EAT IF U DO AS DIET HELPS IN LOOSING WEIGHT.
YOUR WORKOUT WILL CERTAINLY HELP TONE, BUT DIET PLAYS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF LOOSING, ESPECIALLY AT FIRST.  THEN ONCE U GET YOUR DIET ON A SCHEDULE YOUR USED TO EATING AND CUTTING THE CREAMS, GRAVIES, SUGARS, BREADS, ETC, YOU WILL DROP LIKELY FASTER.

THE BEST OF LUCK AND KEEP WORKING.

WARM REGARDS
PATT
