Body Fat

Question
I am trying to lower my body fat percentage. I can't seem to lose weight. I have been working out pretty steadily for several months but I see no definition. I am about 6 feet tall and 190 lbs. I would like to be at around 165. Do you have any running workouts suggested to lower body fat?

Answer
HI PHILLIP
BESIDES JUST RUNNING, U MUST CUT THE FATS U EAT ALSO.
U SHOULD BE WORKING ON THE SIDE AT A GYM ON SOME MACHINES, WORK UP A GOOD SWEAT TO TURN FAT INTO MUSCLE.
I BELIEVE RUNNING TONES MORE AFTER YOU HAVE MUSCLE THAN TURNING FAT INTO MUSCLE.
JUST MY PERSONAL OPINION AFTER GOING THROUGH THIS MANY YEARS BACK IN KARATE.
AREOBICS IS ALSO GREAT!
DO PUNCHES, KICKS, MAKE UP A ROUTINE OF YOUR OWN TO DO AT HOME, I DID.
PLAY MUSIC TO INSPIRE U TO WORK.  PUT YOUR TOES UNDER A CHAIR AND DO A SERIES OF SIT UPS AND CRUNCHES.
WATCH THE CARBS, SUGARS, ETC.
