Running for Fitness: How Long to See Results?

I started to go for runs around my town suburb just last week. i run for about 30 mins to 1 hour, i do this run about 2 times a week. Will i start to feel fit phyisically soon or does it take a few months?

YES, IT TAKES SOME TIME BEFORE ANY RESULTS OF ANYTHING WE DO SHOW OR U FEEL IT.
GIVE IT SOME TIME AT LEAST A MONTH TO SEE ANYTHING OR FEELING BETTER.
YOUR DOING A GOOD THING, BIKE SOME ALSO OR SWIM LAPS TO MAKE A ROUTINE OF NOT ONE THING STRESSING THE JOINTS OF THE SAME OVER AND OVER.
