rock climbing education

how can you help me about the education for my club members in nigeria for rock climbing and mountaineering? I have just established tourism development network, a club in?the rocky hills of idanre in ondo state, nigeria. rock climbing and mountaineering will be one of our focus activities.

Answer
I would ask if you or anyone on your staff has any experience.  If you do, I would run your program more like a guide service and teach your clients how to tie knots and belay as well as some basic climbing techniques.  If you don't have anyone on your staff that his experience with rock climbing and mountaineering, and you are set on having this as one of your focus activities, I suggest you hire someone.  Please be more specific if I havn't answered your question.
