Womens lw rowing (follow-up)

Question
I meant to add this to my previous question:

If I do go on to row lightweight in college, will they acknowledge the fact that although I haven't won major regattas, I've made it to the finals and semi-finals in NON-lw categories (varsity and junior varsity)?  My crew had a lw 4+ that came in 3rd at Stotes, 4th at Nationals, and 2nd at cities, but lost to my v4+ in terms of time and at practice.  So although my v4+ had worse results it was actually a faster boat than the lw4+.

I know colleges are looking for proof of on-water competency, but my race results don't exactly show that.

Thank you!!
(Sorry if that was confusing)

Answer
Hi Again: Most college coaches understand that the Varsity boat is going to be faster than the lightweight counterpart.  As I said in my previous post, you have far more experience than most people who respond here, thinking that they can get a scholarship just on their erg time though they have limited on-water experience.

I think you will be a great rower in college.
