Maintenance for BC, Regulators and Computer

Recently, our dive Shop went out of business. We are now looking for a place to have the annual maintenance done. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Chuck,

Since I have no idea where you're located, I can only give you general suggestions.  You can look in the following places to try to locate another shop:

1.  Phonebook in your area or larger metropolitan area near you.

2.  Internet search for diveshops in your area.  There are also some service centers on the internet to which you can send your gear and they will service it and return it to you.  I don't have any personal experience with them so I'd be sure to check user comments before contracting with any of these companies.

3.  If your equipment is under warranty, check the website for your manufacturer and use their dealer locator to find an authorized shop nearest your location.  Service by an unauthorized shop will void your warranty.

4.  Check with other divers in your area and see if they're using another source for service.

Chuck, I know this answer isn't a "magic bullet" for your problem but I hope it will give you a suggestion that will lead to a solution for you.
