Savage .22 hornet rifle

I have an old Savage .22 hornet rifle. It is marked as a Model 19. From my limited research results, it appears to be a Model 19H. I think the serial number is 209986. I am trying to find the history of the rifle. It was uncle's gun. He died in WW11.
