Western Field m172

2016/7/22 9:08:31

Question
I have a Western Field m172 c-select 12 gauge given to me by my grandfather.  From what I read it has little value, except to me.  This was broken on the last hunting trip my grandfather ever went on (stock) and I have been searching for anyone or anywhere that could help me return it to working order.

Do you know of any replacement stock manufactures?
Do you know of any gunsmith's in the MO/AR/KS/OK area that would take on such a task?

Thank you for any help or advice that you can provide

Answer
You have a Mossberg 385K that was store branded.
Havlin Sales deals in old Mossberg parts.

should have a stock that will fit it.
Since they are Mo. they may be able to refer you to a gunsmith.

If they don't have it try
http://www.e-gunparts.com/

Havlin is showing a fiberglass replacement available on the website.
