accurate rifles

Having read your answer to a previous question of the same nature, I have narrowed down my requirements to the following:
Minute of angle or better
Scoped
.308 caliber
I would not be using it for self defense, but solely for long distance hunting.
I also want to gun itself to cost less than 400, preferably around 250 or 300.

FYI, the new Cabela's catalog is out, and they are listing a Savage Model 110 available in .308 with a Pine Ridge 3-9x40 scope for $530. That would give you everything you need right out of the box.

The Pine Ridge Scopes are not military tough, and they aren't the equal of, say, a Leupold, but they are not bad and that combination at that price seems like a heck of a deal.
