browning A5 value

I want to pay my sister fair value for a Belgian A5 she is willing to give me.  It was our dad's gun; he had used it a bunch, but it's still in decent condition ... typical wear for a gun that's been used on a hundred hunts.  Serial Number is 9Z 20815.  How much should I pay her?

It is very difficult to determine a value of the shotgun without seeing it in person. The Auto-5's range in price from $200-$1600 depending on condition, choke configuration, barrel length, recoil pad(aftermarket), originality, and other factors.

The Blue Book of Gun Values is starting place for the value of your shotgun. It sounds as though it has been used a lot. I suspect, without seeing it, the shotgun might be worth $350-$500. Again, it is virtually impossible to give an accurate estimate without having it in hand.
