Stevens 12 gauge shotgun

2016/7/22 9:21:07

Question
I would like information on the value of a Stevens 12-gauge shotgun.  Model 820B manufactured by Savage Arms Corporation, Chicopee Falls, Mass.  Any info would be helpful.  Thanks, John

Answer
John,

The Model 820 was one of the J. Stevens series of utility grade shotguns.  They were chambered for a variety of gauges and barrel lengths. They were manufactured with a walnut stock and blue metal finish. They sold new in the  50's for $53.

A M820 in "good" condition has an approximate retail value of $125.

Thanks for the question John.
