This Ranger shotgun is in great condtion,is there any real value?

What you have is a Stevens Model 311.  Stevens made shotguns for a variety of department stores and mail order houses under a variety of trade names including Ranger, JC Higgins and Western Field.  

The Model 311 is a side by side and came in a variety of gauges.  Stevens stopped making them in 1989.  These were inexpensive, utilitarian shotguns and are not considered collectable.  A specimen in excellent condition (95%) is probably worth about $200.
