Bottom line... Can the Judge fire safely both the 45long colt and the 45acp ammo?

Although it is possible to get .45 ACP cartridges to fire in a Taurus Judge by using a moon clip, it is not safe to do so. The gun is not chambered for this cartridge, and firing it will void the warranty. It is possible that the cartridge case may rupture, endangering the shooter and any bystanders. If people have tried this without a rupture, it means that they were lucky.
