my husband inherited his fathers reimington model 11 20 gauge automatic gun.  it is in need of a new barrel and a butt.  do you know if i could get him a replacement one for this gun?  any clue how old this gun is?  serial number is 1060408

The model 11 was made from 1905 until 1950+ There was roughly 900,000 of these guns made during that time. The value stayed low because of the sheer volume of them on the market. A model 11 in good condition will only bring in 200 dollars. You can call or email remington directly to find out when the gun was made, there are few places you could find replacement parts because of virtually having no market, but you can find some help using s earch engine like google.
