Legal Considerations for Selling WWII Era Munitions

I own a couple of WW2 momentos. some 50 cal expended shells and projectiles, expended 90mm shell casings, expended and drilled 37mm casings with dummy fuze projectiles. Are there legal issues regarding sale or shipping of these items?

If they are expended and have no explosive materials in them, they are not under any restriction.  If you are concerned at all, you could be extra safe by only sending them via a ground shipper.  

I am not aware of any legal restriction on the sale of relics of this type.
