Wisconsin Law: Transporting Blank Guns in Your Vehicle

i just got a 8mm blank gun it abides by all laws but i guess my question is i live in Wisconsin and it is not a real gun would it be same to have it in my car?

In many cases blank guns are indistinguishable from regular handguns.  In Wisconsin, the law requires that any firearm be "unloaded and securely cased" inside of a vehicle.  I'd recommend that you treat your blank gun the same way to avoid any potential problems with law enforcement should they discover your blank gun during a traffic stop.
