Serial number 125107, I am unable to find any information on this model, can you help? I need a trigger return spring is missing, do you know where I can find one?

Hello Dan. Your revolver was manufactured in 1900-1901.There are several models that carry the D.A. classification. The 38 refers to .38 Long Colt cartridge.You ask where to get parts for it.
